Key Responsibilities
As a Ward Staff Nurse at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include being flexible, motivated, and an excellent communicator and team worker. You’ll join a close-knit team headed by our matron on our consultant-led ward, ensuring fully understanding and paying close attention to each patient’s individual needs.
Clinical Environment
Our purpose-built hospital has been established since 1968 and is recognized for its friendly atmosphere, clinical expertise, and high standards of care. The facility includes 40 en-suite bedrooms, a busy outpatients and pre-assessment departments, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging services (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography and X-ray).

In addition to our core ward services, our hospital provides pathology services, a dedicated paediatric unit, surgical recovery ward, cancer care unit, three state-of-the-art operating theatres, and physiotherapy services.
