Salary and Benefits

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 35 to 40 hours per week. The schedule includes shifts during early morning, morning, day, evening, night, and weekend hours. Overtime opportunities are available, providing additional earning potential for motivated employees.
Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in our food preparation and service operations. Your responsibilities will include packaging take-out food, preparing, heating and finishing simple food items, and ensuring all food is handled safely and hygienically.
Kitchen Maintenance
You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment is essential for food safety and operational efficiency.
Inventory Management
The role involves receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas. Proper inventory management ensures we have all necessary ingredients and supplies available for daily operations.
Waste Management
You will handle the removal of kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring proper disposal according to health and safety regulations. This includes maintaining clean waste storage areas and following recycling protocols.
Food Preparation
Duties include washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits to prepare ingredients for cooking. You may also assist with basic food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, simple cooking techniques, and plating dishes.
