Job Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant at Costa’s Freshmart, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating HR department activities to meet organizational goals, and managing the flow of information within our team. You will be responsible for directing staff, evaluating daily operations, and motivating team members to maintain high performance standards.
Operational Duties
Your role will encompass planning and controlling budget expenditures, organizing daily operations, and supervising other workers. Administrative Tasks

The position requires providing excellent customer service, greeting visitors, and directing them to appropriate contacts or service areas within the organization.
Financial and Data Management
You will perform basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee payroll administration, and maintain digital databases. The role requires attention to detail in managing financial information and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You’ll work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages effectively to field staff and ensure consistent brand representation.
Staff Management
