We are recruiting to fill the position of an Office Assistant whose key responsibilities are to keep the office area organised and clean and interface between visitors and administrative Staff.
Responsibilities
Maintaining the office common areas and equipment
Ensuring the office area is clean and well organized at all times
Welcomingvisitorsand directing them appropriately and notifyingthe appropriate office of visitor’s presence
Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages by ordering new materials as needed
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, courier deliveries, and other correspondence.
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and delivering letters, messages and packages to the appropriate office
Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
SSCE with 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
Oral and written communication skills
The ability to multitask and work without supervision
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Attention to details
Good hygiene
Basic computer skills and working knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
