Oversee and manage all retail operations and store performance.
Develop and implement retail strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
Monitor sales performance, inventory control, and merchandising standards.
Lead, train, and manage retail teams to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and standards.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management.
Compulsory certifications: SMEI, CPSL, NASP.
Strong leadership, operational, and people management skills.
Proven experience in sales growth and retail performance management.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
