Identify and secure new clients for Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory, Consulting, HR, and Training services.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, emails, and business visits.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual client acquisition and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and capability statements.
Follow up on proposals and negotiations until deals are successfully closed.
Maintain regular communication with clients to encourage repeat business and renewals.
Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
Experience in a professional services firm (Consulting, Audit, Tax, HR & Accounting Services) will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
