Relevant academic qualification (HND, B.Sc. or equivalent, where applicable).
Relevant experience in the oil & gas industry.
Sound understanding of HSE standards and safe work practices.
Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS, HUET, etc.) and other role-specific certifications will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in both onshore and offshore operational environments.
Candidates with previous experience in upstream oil & gas servicing companies or engineering service providers supporting major IOCs, NOCs, and indigenous operators will be given preference.
