Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
Ensure proper backup and recovery of company data.
Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Train staff on the proper use of technology and digital tools.
Implement website updates, new features, and improvements as required.
Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports.
Ensure website content is updated regularly in collaboration with the Media and Marketing teams.
