Lead a team of loan officers.
Oversee loan approvals and portfolio management.
Develop strategies to improve loan performance.
Mentor junior loan officers.
Sales of Kreditek'sproducts.
Follow up on all KYC documents required for onboarding suitable busineses.
Ability to meet and surpass monthly targets.
Exploring and targeting businesses in different sectors.
Verification of business and home.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 1-5 years experience.
Good computer skills – MS Office and internet savvy.
Has a good clientiele base and can hit the ground running.
Previous experience in commercial or microfinance bank as a loan officer.
Good experience in various SME financing sectors (Trade, Merchant and distributor financing etc).
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent experience with collateral loans.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
