Job Summary
Our client is recruiting to fill the position of a credit acquistion officer to support business growth, loan product promotion and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers.
Promote the client’s credit products and achieve acquisition targets.
Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Guide customers through loan applications in line with credit policies.
Collaborate with Credit and Risk teams to ensure timely approvals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
Monitor loan performance and resolve client-related issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay informed on market trends and emerging customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking.
Proven ability to meet and exceed loan or sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of credit processes and documentation requirements.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy with CRM or loan management tools.
