Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer will hold ultimate responsibility for the quality, safety, and performance of all Trust services and for the stewardship of public resources. As a full voting member of the Board, you will work closely with the Chair and Non-Executive Directors to set clear strategic direction, maintain strong organisational grip, and provide confident, visible leadership. This role carries significant system leadership responsibility within the Buckinghamshire system and the Thames Valley Integrated Care System.
