Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fixed-term/secondment opportunity covering maternity leave within the Tees Valley Primary Care Mental Health Service. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Team manager and the Associate Director of MH/LD Partnerships and Strategy.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,392 to £31,157 per annum (pro rata), paid according to the Agenda for change pay scheme at Band 4. Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Administrator, you will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Team manager and the Tees Valley Primary Care Mental Health Service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining systems and processes within an administration team, ensuring timely and accurate work production to deadlines, and handling highly confidential information with discretion and compassion.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- BTEC Diploma/Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management OR equivalent (NVQ in Business Administration/RSA Level 3)
- IT Qualification (ECDL, RSA, NVQ in Business Administration) OR equivalent knowledge gained through work experience
- Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above)/GCSE (Grade 4 to 9) in Maths and English
Essential Experience
- Experience implementing and maintaining systems and processes within an administration team
- Experience leading, supervising, and training staff on administrative processes
- Experience coordinating meetings and associated duties
- Experience extracting data and preparing reports
- Participation in service and quality improvement initiatives
- Advanced typing skills and ability to input data accurately and efficiently
li>Significant experience working in an administrative environment, including digital audio typing, Microsoft Office applications, diary management, filing systems, collating and presenting information
