Our practice culture emphasizes work-life balance, with flexible surgery sessions designed to accommodate personal and professional needs. We pride ourselves on our supportive multidisciplinary team, which includes 1 Senior Partner, 2 Salaried GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and a Healthcare Assistant, all supported by excellent administrative staff.
Main Duties
The appointed GP will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive medical services to our practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the GMS Contract. You will adhere to GMC standards for good clinical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
Person Specification
Our ideal candidate will be a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for patient care and the ability to thrive in our collaborative practice environment. We value both clinical expertise and personal qualities that contribute to a supportive workplace culture. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development, with the practice soon becoming a training practice that will support applicants interested in becoming trainers.
Essential Qualifications
Full GMC Registration: Applicants must hold full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and be listed on the National GP Register. This is a mandatory requirement for all candidates applying to this position. Overseas qualifications will need to be verified through the appropriate GMC processes before appointment can be confirmed.

We are committed to supporting the continuous professional development of our clinical staff. Our practice offers generous benefits designed to support work-life balance, including flexible surgery sessions, generous annual leave and family-friendly holidays. There are no buying-in costs associated with joining our practice, making this an attractive opportunity for both new and established GPs. We provide excellent administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care rather than administrative burdens.
