Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Practice Educator to work in the learning and development department at Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust (RCHT). Main Duties of the Job
The post focuses on several key responsibilities that are critical to the educational mission of the trust. The Clinical Practice Educator will coordinate and support all non-medical undergraduate learners on placement within the Trust. This involves ensuring that students receive appropriate guidance and supervision during their practical training experiences.
Another important aspect of the role is the support and development of Supervisors, Assessors, and Preceptors in practice. The successful candidate will help enhance the capabilities of these essential educators who directly mentor and assess students in clinical settings. The Clinical Practice Educator will also be responsible for providing clinically based education within specific acute ward areas.
