Job Location
This Financial Manager position is based in Brantford, Ontario, with a work location in Ancaster, ONL9K 1G5. The position requires on-site work, offering you the opportunity to be part of our vibrant workplace community while enjoying the quality of life that Ontario has to offer.
Salary and Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly wage ranging from $40.00 to $41.00 per hour, with negotiable terms based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position offering 30 to 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available. The compensation package includes financial benefits and other benefits as per our collective agreement.

Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities
As Financial Manager, you will be responsible for assigning financial projects and activities to team members to improve business decisions. You will coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance, including evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget expenditures, and organizing daily operational activities.
Financial Oversight
You will review budgets and financial reports for specific projects, establish and implement financial policies and procedures, design and manage investment strategies, and monitor financial control systems. The role includes managing contracts, overseeing the collection and analysis of financial data, and overseeing the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Team Management
This position involves managing a team of more than 20 people, requiring strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
