Salary and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $350,000 to $600,000 annually, with compensation to be negotiated based on experience qualifications, and specific responsibilities. Working Schedule
The position requires a commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week. The schedule includes daytime, evening, and weekend hours to ensure comprehensive coverage for our patient population. Key Responsibilities
As a family physician with Medicentres, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our community. Your responsibilities will include collecting medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to establish accurate health records.
Clinical Duties
You will examine patients’ health conditions to identify diseases and injuries, develop appropriate treatment plans, and provide ongoing care. This includes helping patients develop healthy habits, break old habits, and reshape their approach to wellness through evidence-based medical guidance and personalized counseling.
Diagnostic Procedures
Ordering laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures will be a key part of your role to determine the most appropriate medical treatment. You will interpret these results accurately and communicate findings clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their health status and treatment options.
Collaborative Healthcare
Consulting with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ physical and mental health is essential. You will work collaboratively with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of patient health and wellness.
Medication Management
Prescribing and administering medications and treatments according to established protocols and best practices will be a significant responsibility. You will stay current with pharmaceutical developments and ensure safe, effective medication management for all patients.
Preventive Care
Inoculating and vaccinating patients to prevent and treat diseases is a critical component of family medicine. You will implement vaccination schedules, educate patients about preventive care measures, and contribute to public health initiatives in our community.
Health Education
Advising patients on healthcare matters and providing counseling and support on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues will be central to your practice. You will empower patients with knowledge and resources to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
Public Health Reporting
Reporting births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other public health concerns to government authorities is a legal and ethical responsibility. You will maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to protect community health.
Patient Care Coordination
Coordinating or managing primary patient care involves overseeing all aspects of patient healthcare, from initial assessment to follow-up care. You will ensure continuity of care and seamless transitions between different healthcare services as needed.
Emergency Care

Qualifications and Requirements
