Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Delivery Drivers Supervisor to oversee our team of 16-20 delivery drivers. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $37.50 to $40.00 (to be negotiated) for 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the trucking industry, and proficiency with various Microsoft Office applications.

The work environment is on-site, requiring physical presence at our facility during scheduled hours. Key Responsibilities
As our Delivery Drivers Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery fleet. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of 16-20 delivery drivers, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. You will be responsible for preparing production and other reports, recommending measures to improve work methods, and resolving any work-related problems that may arise.
Operational Management
You will be expected to coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient delivery operations. This includes managing driver assignments, monitoring delivery routes, and ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Training and Development
A key aspect of this position is training and developing our delivery team. Technical Skills Required

Shift Requirements
This position requires flexibility with scheduling as overtime is necessary.
