Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Yellowknife, NT. This full-time, permanent position offers an hourly wage of $28.50 for 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to start as soon as possible. The role is based on-site at our Yellowknife location, providing direct support to our residents and clients in the Northwest Territories.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for handling various customer service tasks to ensure resident satisfaction and efficient operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Communication
You will be the primary point of contact for residents, answering both written and oral inquiries promptly and professionally. This includes responding to emails, phone calls, and in-person requests with accurate information and helpful solutions.
Complaint Resolution
Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency is a key aspect of this role. You will receive and log all complaints, work to resolve issues promptly, and follow up with residents to ensure their satisfaction.
Billing and Financial Transactions
You will be responsible for arranging billing for services, processing refunds and credits, and receiving payments. This requires attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Record Keeping
Maintaining accurate records and statistics is essential for this position. You will be expected to document all customer interactions, financial transactions, and operational data in our digital database system.
Post-Sale Support
Providing ongoing support to clients after the initial interaction is another important responsibility. This includes following up with residents, addressing any concerns that may arise, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their residency.
