Assembly and Finishing
You will be responsible for trimming joints and fitting parts and subassemblies together to form complete units, reinforcing joints for structural integrity. You should be comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings, making accurate measurements, and translating designs into physical objects. Experience with both hand tools and modern woodworking equipment is essential, as our projects often combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary techniques.
Collaborative Approach
Working in a multidisciplinary environment requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, and other craftsmen.
