Key Responsibilities
As a crane operator at SIDHU CONCRETE PUMPING LTD., you will be responsible for operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, and place equipment and materials with precision and safety. Your duties will include performing routine inspections, cleaning and lubricating crane components, and ensuring all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.
Daily Operations and Equipment Maintenance
You will be expected to perform routine maintenance work on cranes to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This includes checking hydraulic systems, testing safety features, and documenting maintenance activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling tower cranes on-site according to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
Training and Mentorship
Experienced crane operators will have the opportunity to instruct apprentices and less experienced operators, sharing valuable knowledge and skills. This mentorship role is essential for maintaining high safety standards and ensuring the next generation of crane operators is properly trained.
Specialized Operations
Our crane operators are trained to operate cranes equipped with dredging attachments to dredge waterways and other areas as required. This specialized skill is particularly valuable for our infrastructure projects and demonstrates the diverse range of applications for which our cranes are used.
Required Experience
Candidates must have experience operating various types of cranes, including climbing cranes, cranes with fixed or limited mobility, conventional cable cranes, and tracked cranes. Familiarity with different crane models and their specific operational requirements is essential for this position.
