Work Schedule: Early morning, morning, day, evening shifts. On-call availability required.
Hours: 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities
As a carpenter with Essence Properties (1) Inc., you will be responsible for:
Estimating & Planning: Prepare accurate estimates of labor and material costs for various projects. Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specific work requirements and material needs.
Carpentry Work: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other construction materials as needed for different projects.
Installation: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware according to specifications and building codes.
Project Coordination: Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Team Leadership: Supervise other workers (3-4 people) on-site, providing guidance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining quality standards.
Material Management: Estimate costs and materials for each project, ensuring proper inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum [number] years of carpentry experience. Experience with residential and/or commercial construction projects preferred.

Work Environment
