We are seeking a smart and result-driven Female Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound calls, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Convert prospects into paying customers
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
Handle customer objections and inquiries effectively
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
Prepare periodic sales reports
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
HND in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telesales or a similar role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good phone etiquette and customer handling skills
Result-driven with a strong work ethic.
