We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving patients’ overall quality of life.
This role requires a proactive professional who is passionate about rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term patient care, and who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Administer physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Provide rehabilitation support for post-operative, neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions
Educate patients and their families on home care exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent) with 1–3 years relevant clinical experience (hospital experience is an added advantage)
Valid practicing license
Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize workload effectively
High level of professionalism and empathy
