Site Supervisor at Prive Living – Site Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Report project status, issues, and delays to management.
Manage site materials, equipment, and workforce allocation.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in site supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
