We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of an ammonia plant during assigned shifts.
The successful candidate will lead operations personnel, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and drive the achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all shift operations.
Lead and coordinate field operators and DCS panel operators.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal plant performance.
Enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and shift briefings.
Prepare and submit accurate shift reports and operational logs.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure plant reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
10 – 15 years of experience in ammonia plant operations.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Sound knowledge of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
Strong understanding of emergency response procedures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
