Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related courses.
Conduct and publish high-quality academic research.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university academic activities.
Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and academic quality assurance.
Provide academic mentorship to junior academic staff and students.

Requirements
Applicants must:

Possess a PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognised institution.
Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant teaching and research experience in a recognised tertiary institution.
Demonstrate a strong record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Have proven experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and student supervision.
Demonstrate strong research, communication, analytical, and academic leadership skills.
Be proficient in the use of ICT and relevant digital tools for teaching and research.
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
