Job Summary
We are looking for a Sectional Head to join our Instrumentation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall Instrumentation activities of the Cement Mills & Additive transport, implementation of instrumentation engineering and maintenance policies with company policies and procedures to ensure optimal plant availability for production.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Review Cement Mills & Additive Transport, instrumentation equipment’s maintenance projections and schedules.
Ensure that equipment preventive maintenance programs implemented as per agreed schedule.
Monitor the effectiveness of the programs, maintenance reworks and makes recommendations.
Enforce standards and safe work procedures for the Cement Mills & Additive Transport and ensure regulations relating to the instrumentation department met at all times in Cement Mills & Additive transport.
Provide training development and leader ship to Cement Mills &Additive transport, instrumentation personnel.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of Fifteen (15) years demonstrated operating experience in maintenance practices, three years of which must in management position.
In-depth knowledge of Cement Mills & Additive Transport, operation and maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of VRM system operation and maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of MV &LV drives operation and maintenance.
