The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's solutions and services in the Eastern regions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the energy, construction, or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and close large-scale solar energy deals across Eastern Nigeria.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with high-value clients, including businesses, distributors, developers, and government entities.
Strategically grow the company’s solar market share in the southern regions.
Prepare high-quality sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for large projects.
Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior sales roles within the solar energy sector.
Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale solar deals.
Deep understanding of solar technologies, project economics, and the Nigerian energy market.
Strong existing relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders in Eastern Nigeria.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Must reside in Eastern Nigeria and be willing to travel extensively within the region.
