Procurement Analyst (Entry-Level) at Laboria Limited

Capture and maintain accurate procurement data and records.
Track purchase requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and procurement activities.
Update and maintain procurement databases and spreadsheets.
Analyze procurement data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Monitor procurement performance metrics and identify trends.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of procurement records.
Support the procurement team with data required for planning and decision-making.
Assist in preparing procurement dashboards and management reports.
Perform other administrative and analytical duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or any related field.
0–2 years of experience in data entry, data gathering, reporting, administration, or a related analytical role (NYSC experience is acceptable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data organization.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining confidentiality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
