Operations Officer at Harmony 360 Health
Harmony 360 Health is a physician-led integrative medicine clinic in Ibadan, Nigeria, helping adults and children address the underlying factors affecting their health through modern medicine, lifestyle medicine, advanced diagnostics, and evidence-informed natural therapies.Harmony 360 Health Ibadan is a growing integrative healthcare and wellness company preparing to launch its first facility in Ibadan. Our mission is to help individuals achieve better health and live more meaningful lives through whole-person healthcare.
We are seeking an experienced, resourceful, and highly organized Operations Officer to take ownership of our day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, coordinate people and processes, solve problems, and ensure that tasks are completed without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities at the facility.
Coordinate facility setup, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Manage operational tasks, timelines, procurement, and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
Develop, implement, and maintain administrative processes, SOPs, and documentation.
Support staff onboarding, scheduling, and coordination.
Maintain accurate operational records, track expenses, and prepare regular reports.
Identify operational gaps, troubleshoot problems, and recommend practical solutions.
Serve as the primary point of coordination between the on-site team and the Founder/Medical Director.
Support the smooth launch and ongoing operations of H360's healthcare and wellness services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, facility coordination, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience independently managing tasks, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering results.
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets, shared documents, and reporting tools.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Added advantage: Previous experience in healthcare operations, a growing business, or managing the setup of a new facility.
