Direct day-to-day project operations, ensuring work scope is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while coordinating logistics, personnel, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise field/site operations.
Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance across all operations.
Manage project schedules, resources, and third-party contractors.
Resolve operational issues and escalate risks appropriately.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and client teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in oil & gas operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary field teams.
Excellent crisis management and decision-making skills.
