Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new distributors and retail outlets.
Set and achieve sales targets.
Promote company products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Gather market intelligence and provide competitor insights.
Execute field sales activities and promotional campaigns.
Supervise and support field team members. Compensation
Commission-based earnings.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
