Owns end-to-end delivery of the rig campaign (workovers → completions → drilling), assuring HSE, well integrity, schedule, and cost.
Responsibilities:
Planning/Engineering: Validate well objectives, programs, and AFE; ensure workover → completion → drilling sequence logic, critical path, and SIMOPS alignment with production ops.
Execution Oversight: Lead daily ops call; approve critical operations (BOP tests, well kill ops, inflow tests, perforations, fishing, cement squeezes, sand-control, well clean-up). Issue go/no-go for stage gates.
Performance: Drive KPI reviews (ROP, NPT, flat time, cost per meter/job). Deploy performance tools (look-backs, after-action reviews, lessons learned).
Contracting/Cost Control: Verify call-offs vs MSA/FTSA; approve field tickets; challenge variances; enforce fair-market pricing and BEME adherence.
Regulatory/Standards: Ensure compliance with NUPRC permits/reporting, well barrier policies, and Good Oilfield Practice.
People/Interface: Lead Company Reps (day/night), completions/well services, HSE, QA/QC, logistics, marine, wireline/slickline, cementing, mud, well test, and production ops.

Well delivered vs AFE (±5%), NPT ≤ target, TRIR = 0, barrier integrity maintained at all times, daily ops reports and morning pack, end-of-well reports, lessons-learned compendium.
Qualifications
12+ yrs D&C (incl. swamp/brownfield), IWCF L4 (Supervisor), BOSIET/HUET, H2S, solid mastery of workover/completions/drilling & well control.
