Maintenance Planning Coordinator at Zeconia Global Investment Company

Our services cover Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Fabrication/Construction, Installation and Commissioning to project owners and operators, and procurement of wide ranges of Lubricants and Oilfield Chemicals used in Upstream (Production Specialty Chemicals, Drilling, Cementing, Well Completion and Stimulation) and Downstream (crude oil production and its treatment).Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
Plan and coordinate maintenance work orders to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
Monitor maintenance activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate with operations to schedule shutdowns, repairs, and maintenance interventions with minimal disruption.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts usage, and maintenance history.
Identify trends in equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Liaise with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials and spare parts.
Support the implementation of maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM) and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in preparing reports and KPIs related to maintenance performance, equipment availability, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or coordination, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS / EAM).
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple teams.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
