Manage growth customer relationships with mid-sized accounts, responsible for acquisition and portfolio management. Focus on customer acquisition and efficient portfolio management across a larger number of accounts with standardized service model.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage portfolio of growth accounts with semi-annual engagement and proactive communication
Acquire new customers through direct prospecting, referrals, and partner channels
Conduct semi-annual business reviews to maintain relationships and identify opportunities
Position standard product offerings effectively to meet customer needs
Coordinate end-to-end credit process from application to disbursement
Work with customers to compile complete loan applications and documentation
Monitor repayment patterns and facility utilization across portfolio
Drive renewals targeting high retention rates
Develop referral partner relationships for lead generation
Achieve individual portfolio growth and customer acquisition targets
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Minimum 4-6 years of relationship management or business development experience
Experience in SME lending, trade finance, or financial services sales
Network within target customer communities is advantage
