We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and people-focused Human Resources & Admin Manager to lead our HR and administrative operations across the Group.
This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who understands modern workforce management, performance culture, operational structure, and the realities of fast-paced business environments in Nigeria.
Role Summary
The Human Resources & Admin Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and administrative management within the Group. The successful candidate will drive employee performance, organizational culture, talent management, compliance, operational discipline, and workforce efficiency.
The role requires a strong leader with excellent people management skills, structure, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and the ability to execute.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
Manage staff performance systems and appraisal frameworks
Drive employee engagement, culture, discipline, and productivity
Develop training and learning initiatives
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and staff records
Administration:
Supervise administrative operations across departments
Ensure efficient office management and operational support systems
Manage vendors, facility administration, and office assets
Implement organizational structure and reporting systems
Maintain operational discipline and internal controls
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with minimum of 5 years HR/Admin management experience
Strong in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong reporting, documentation, and operational management ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Added Advantage:
Experience in retail, luxury, service, or multi-business operations
Experience in retail recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI
