Givanas Group of Companies is specialized in manufacturing and distributing Fast Moving Consumer Goods such as Milk, tea, canned sea food, bath soap and a lot more in order to satisfy the Nigerian market through Nigerian distributors and customers.Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR / OD Specialist to support organisational effectiveness, employee development and HR initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Drive organisation development, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Support performance management, talent development and succession planning.
Conduct HR analysis, employee surveys and organisational assessments.
Develop and implement HR policies, programmes and process improvements.
Support change management and organisational transformation initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to identify people and organisational needs.
Support learning and development initiatives and leadership development programmes.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee and organisational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Professional HR certification is an advantage.
5–8 years' experience in HR, Organisation Development, Talent Management or a related role.
Strong experience in Organisation Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Change Management.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a structured or multi-business environment is an advantage.
