The Head of Business School is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and growth of the institution.
The role involves developing training programs, managing staff and instructors, overseeing operations, building partnerships, driving student enrollment, and ensuring high-quality vocational and business education that meets industry standards and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Academic & Training Management:
Develop and implement business and vocational training programs.
Ensure curriculum aligns with industry trends and employment opportunities.
Supervise instructors, facilitators, and administrative staff.
Monitor training quality and student performance.
Organize workshops, seminars, and entrepreneurship programs.
Leadership & Administration:
Provide strategic direction for the school
Develop operational policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with educational and regulatory requirements.
Oversee daily operations of the institution.
Build partnerships with organizations, industries, and government agencies.
Promote the center to attract students and corporate clients.
Develop revenue-generating initiatives and training opportunities.
Identify funding, grants, and sponsorship opportunities.
Ensure excellent student experience and support services.
Oversee admissions and enrollment activities.
Track graduate success and employment outcomes.
Handle student complaints and disciplinary matters when necessary.
Develop marketing strategies to increase visibility and enrollment.
Manage social media and promotional activities.
Represent the institution at educational and business events.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
10–15 years experience in educational management, vocational training, or business development.

Knowledge of skill acquisition programs and entrepreneurship training.
