The Group Telesales Officer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth across the Group through strategic telesales, email marketing, and digital outreach initiatives. The role requires a proactive and customer-focused professional who can identify sales opportunities, nurture leads, convert prospects into customers, and support business development efforts across the Group's subsidiaries. The successful candidate will contribute to the Group's 360-degree customer engagement strategy by leveraging telesales, email marketing, CRM, and digital channels to strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve customer acquisition and retention across the Group
JOB DETAILS
Drive outbound telesales campaigns to generate qualified leads, convert prospects into customers, and consistently achieve individual and Group sales targets.
Manage inbound sales enquiries, qualify prospects, and provide timely, professional responses that maximize conversion opportunities.
Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship management.
Cross-sell and upsell products and services across the Group by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular follow-up engagements with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions, improve retention, and encourage repeat business.
Schedule appointments and referrals for Business Development and Relationship Managers where further engagement is required.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support lead nurturing, customer engagement, product awareness, and sales conversion.
Leverage social media and digital channels as part of the Group's 360-degree customer engagement strategy to generate qualified leads, increase customer engagement, and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and subsidiary teams to execute customer acquisition initiatives and promote the Group's products and services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM platforms with sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline status, and opportunities to support effective sales management.
Monitor sales pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics, providing periodic reports and actionable insights to Management.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging digital engagement practices to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
Support the planning and execution of integrated sales and marketing campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service by resolving enquiries promptly, maintaining regular communication with customers, and fostering long-term relationships that enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
EDUCATIONSL QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or any related discipline.
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telesales, business development, customer acquisition, digital marketing, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management.
Experience executing email marketing campaigns and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital engagement strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
