We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, maintain records, and support the smooth administrative functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to parents, students, visitors, and staff courteously.
Answer phone calls, emails, and official inquiries professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
Provide accurate information regarding school activities, admissions, and schedules.
Assist with administrative and clerical duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, and data entry.
Schedule appointments and direct visitors to appropriate offices.
Support communication between departments within the school.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
