Conduct physical property inspections and verify property conditions, locations, prices, and availability.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, caretakers, and real estate agents.
Take clear property pictures and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
Gather accurate property information and submit regular field reports.
Coordinate property inspections and support clients during property visits when required.
Conduct market research on rental prices, property values, and emerging real estate opportunities.
