At Fine and Country International (West Africa) he was the Head of Operations and Strategy. For the years spent at Fine and Country, he developed; Sales, Marketing, HR Structures and Policies, Business model and Operational Processes. Mr. Iyemifokhae has attended series of local (Lagos Business School) and International trainings. He is a talented Strategist with multitasking abilities.Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman will provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chairman of the Company.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and capable of managing complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Chairman and document action points
Conduct research on business opportunities, market intelligence, and strategic matters
Coordinate between the Chairman's office and other departments to drive execution of directives
Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, investors, and government bodies as directed
Support the Chairman in evaluating new business ideas, partnerships, and expansion plans
Track and follow up on key projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Identify and escalate risks or opportunities to the Chairman's attention proactively
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related field
3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a strategic business role
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with commercial awareness and business acumen
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Discretion, integrity, and loyalty are non-negotiable
Self-starter who takes initiative and is solution-oriented
