Key Responsibilities:

Onsite engineer/ pick and drop onsite support 
your role is for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization\'s IT systems directly at the customer\'s or company\'s location. The role combines technical expertise with customer support and coordination.
Typical responsibilities include:
Installing and configuring servers, computers, networking equipment, and software.
Monitoring system performance and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on-site.
Picking up customer systems from homes, offices, or designated locations.
Safely transporting systems to the service centre.
Recording device details, such as the model, serial number, reported issue, and accessories received.
Coordinating with the service team to hand over the systems for repair.
Delivering repaired systems back to customers.
