The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for both MarketEdge Advisory and its diverse client portfolio. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytics, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.
The ideal candidate is experienced in managing integrated digital campaigns, leading content and social media initiatives, optimizing marketing performance through data, and delivering measurable results across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, search engines, and content platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Identify new opportunities for digital growth and innovation.
Client Marketing Management
Lead digital marketing initiatives for client accounts across multiple sectors.
Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Present campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
Content & Social Media Marketing
Oversee the development of engaging content across digital channels.
Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external partners to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
Performance Marketing
Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
SEO, Website & Analytics
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Monitor website performance and user experience.
Utilize analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights.
Create dashboards and reports that clearly demonstrate marketing impact.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with consulting, design, business development, and operations teams.
Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to capability building.
Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing consulting.
Experience managing multiple client accounts or agency-side marketing engagements.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns and measurable business outcomes.
Experience across B2B and B2C marketing environments is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
Experience with content management systems and website optimization tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting.
