We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dentist with at least 3years of experience to join our team at Smile360.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality dental care and possess the expertise to handle a wide range of dental procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
Create tailored treatment plans and provide exceptional dental care to patients
Administer various dental procedures including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and emergency treatments
Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in professional development activities
Requirements
Degree in Dental Medicine or Surgery from an accredited Institution
Valid dental license
A minimum of 3years of experience practicing as a Dentist in a clinical setting
Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and efficiency
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to delivering compassionate and personalized care to every patient
Willingness to mentor and supervise junior dental staff as needed.
