Community Representative at mDoc Healthcare

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Epe for a Community Representative.
The Community Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the community, engaging with community members, and providing exceptional customer service.
Daily responsibilities include organizing and executing outreach efforts, representing the organization at events, promoting services, addressing community inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet community needs.

Qualifications

Strong Community Engagement and Community Outreach skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Experience in Sales or related activities
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and building community trust
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and adapt to varying needs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in public health, communications, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of local communities in Epe is an advantage
