Business Development Manager at Stretchit Concept Limited
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is required to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction by being on the field, regularly attending and conducting meetings with customers.
He is required to be presentable, with good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build good relations with customers and understand the customer needs.
Responsibilities
Ensures continuous analysis and design of strategic positioning of the business overall, and advises on long-term development of the product, service, or solutions portfolio.
Ensures development of business plans and effective controlling of the target-setting processes, BTAs, and quarterly reviews.
Steers and coordinates preparation and implementation of strategic planning, investment strategies, regional and national market research (incl. execution of strategic benchmarking), etc.
Initiates strategic external growth initiatives and steers or coordinates respective alliances/ partnerships in defined businesses, markets or regions.
Initiates and manages Strategy consulting projects, and the development and implementation of strategic business management and analysis tools.
Monitors and reviews cooperation with external service providers, and monitors progress, budget adherence and results generated.
Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation, and interface for lead tracking and management.
Direct market research and intelligence gathering efforts to assess customer response to/ requirements for new products. Either conduct this research with Main One’s resources or manage an agency.
Act as point of first reference for all product-related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales, Marketing Communications and Technical Solutions to address any issues that may arise.
Assist with the development of Go-To-Market plans and provide content for advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
Ensure target numbers are met consistently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a science-related discipline
5 – 7 years’ experience
A broad knowledge of ICT products and services.
Good sourcing and Negotiation skills
Ability to work and deliver promptly within tight timelines
Good knowledge of software products
A good working knowledge of ERP and application systems
Strong numeric and analytical skills (very conversant with Excel and MS tools
Deep relationships in Financial services accounts ( Banks, SME, MFB, etc).
Ability to adapt to work pressure.
KPIs
Achieve 70% of Sales Target Revenue
Reduce Receivable days to 30 days
Ensure 100% of pipeline deals are uploaded
Achieve a customer satisfaction index and NPS of 90% and 9, respectively.
