This role is perfect for someone who can open doors, build strong partnerships, and also drive revenue by converting opportunities into paying clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships
Driving revenue growth through active sales and client acquisition
Reaching out to potential clients (calls, networking, field visits, etc.)
Pitching our fleet services and closing deals
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Developing strategies to expand market presence and grow the business
Monitoring market trends and spotting new opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets
What we’re looking for:
Confident, outspoken, and strong in communication
Proven experience in sales and/or business development
Solid negotiation and closing skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
Strong understanding of client needs and value-driven selling
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 net
