The Brand Senior Advisor supports the development, execution, and consistency of the firm's brand across all touchpoints. The role focuses on maintaining a strong, clear, and differentiated brand identity that reflects the firm’s values, expertise, and market position. The role requires an experienced designer familiar with multimedia formats, AI and key design applications.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Policing and Governance – Police the use of the firm’s brand and visual identity in all external and internal materials. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all firm touchpoints including communications, digital platforms, proposals, presentations, signage, and events. Act as the firm’s brand guardian, reviewing materials from all departments and advising teams on brand alignment. Ensure brand standards are applied consistently by internal teams and external suppliers. Develop and update the firm’s brand guidelines documentation as the brand evolves.
Visual Identity and Design Production – Coordinate the end-to-end production of branded materials across all departments including social media assets, presentations, advertisements, brochures, event collateral, and digital formats. Develop, refine, and maintain a library of best-in-class design templates in PowerPoint, Word, and digital platforms. Brief, manage, and quality-assure external designers and production vendors to ensure deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and budget. Review and sign off on all branded outputs before publication or distribution. Support the design of environmental and experiential branding for office signage, exhibition stands, events, etc.
Brand Monitoring and Measurement – Monitor brand usage across the firm and identify areas for improvement or inconsistency. Conduct regular brand audits across digital and print materials and present findings to the Director with actionable recommendations. Gather structured feedback on how the brand is perceived internally and externally, contributing to periodic brand health assessments. Track competitor branding activity and emerging market trends, delivering regular benchmarking insights. Measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives against defined metrics and recommend adjustments.
Brand Campaigns and Activations – Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and activations that raise the firm’s profile and reinforce its market positioning. Collaborate with the MB&D teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns, events, and client-facing initiatives. Manage the brand elements of all digital media, sponsorships, and industry events.
Internal Brand Capability and Stakeholder Engagement – Build firm-wide brand literacy by delivering brand induction sessions for new joiners and ongoing training for all departments. Advise and support internal teams on the correct use of brand assets, tone of voice, and visual identity standards. Act as a trusted internal consultant to practice groups, BD, and support functions on all brand-related matters. Influence senior stakeholders, including Partners, to champion and adhere to brand standards through the monthly Brand Watch publication to inform and demonstrate brand value.
Website, Digital and Social Media – Serve as the brand guardian for the firm's website, social media and digital assets, ensuring all pages consistently reflect the firm's visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards. Review and approve new web pages, banners, and design assets before they go live to ensure brand compliance. Monitor website activity and analytics, identifying brand-related issues or inconsistencies and making recommendations to improve the user experience and visual presentation. Maintain a suite of approved web-ready brand assets to support the MBD team in keeping the website current and on brand.
Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related discipline.
A postgraduate degree or professional certification in Branding, Marketing, Communications, or Design will be an added advantage.
Professional certifications or training in brand management, visual communication, or digital design tools will be considered an advantage.
Work in video production or motion picture will be considered an advantage.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
Proven experience supporting the execution of brand strategies and maintaining brand identity frameworks.
Strong understanding of brand governance and consistent application of brand guidelines.
Experience coordinating the design and production of branded materials across digital and print platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
Strong knowledge of visual communication and brand storytelling.
Ability to review materials and ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Familiarity with brand monitoring and competitor benchmarking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
