Identify & Develop: Discover new B2B sales opportunities to expand market reach.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
Present & Negotiate: Pitch products/services to prospective clients and confidently negotiate contracts.
Target Driven: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay ahead of industry trends.
Data Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in B2B or corporate sales.
Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
